Driver Development Programme · 2026 – 2027
A Private
Programme.
An Exceptional Journey.
Twelve members. One season. A level of instruction, access and experience that simply cannot be found anywhere else in Australia.
The Programme
Not a track day.
A transformation.
This is not a track day product nor a one-off supercar drive day. It is not a driving school. It is a structured development experience that combines world-class coaching, access to some of Australia’s finest motorsport facilities, Porsche’s own progressive driver education pathway, and a social experience calibrated to the lives of people who have very high expectations of how they spend their time.
By the end of the programme, members will have transformed their relationship with a performance car on circuit. They will have the skills, confidence and knowledge to enjoy any future track experience at a genuinely high level — and the choice of where to take that capability next is entirely their own.
Progressive, structured coaching from some of Australia's finest driving professionals. Every session has a purpose. Every debrief accelerates your development.
Private entry to circuits, paddocks and garage environments not open to the public. Experiences designed for people who demand the best.
Twelve members, hand-selected. The relationships formed across a shared, high-performance season tend to be among the most valuable a person can build.
The culmination is a race-format day in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup — a machine reserved for those who have earned the right to drive it.
The Pathway
Eight milestones.
One destination.
Each milestone is chosen for what it teaches, not just where it goes. The progression moves from car feel and racecraft fundamentals through to the most capable circuit cars Porsche produces — culminating in a race-format day that very few drivers anywhere in Australia will experience.
The sequence below reflects the structure of the programme. Specific milestone timing is confirmed with all members following commencement.
Instruction
Coached.
Persistently.
What separates this programme from any other driving experience in Australia is the quality and consistency of instruction. Members are not handed a helmet and pointed at a circuit. They are coached — properly, persistently and personally.
Luke leads the programme as each member's primary coach and point of contact throughout the year. His focus is the arc of your development across the full season — not just what happens on the day.
The Croesus Racing driver team provides additional in-car coaching, demonstration laps, hot lap benchmarking and technical feedback at every event. Members benefit from multiple expert perspectives.
Each member receives an individual driver development plan at programme commencement, updated after every event to reflect progress and set objectives for the session ahead.
Every event concludes with a structured debrief — individually and as a group. No session ends without a clear picture of what each driver achieved and what to prioritise next. This is where the real development happens.
Where available, data analysis and video review are incorporated into debrief sessions. Understanding why a lap is fast — or slow — is a skill in itself.
Members are encouraged to use this select network to explore future relationships, exciting business ventures and to create lifelong memories. Real experiences, real people — no sales, just experiencing life.
“Coaching does not stop at the gate. Members have direct access to Luke and the driver team between events — for questions, preparation and development conversations.”
GT Championship
Garage Access
Members may attend selected GT championship rounds as guests of Tigani Motorsport — with full garage access, pre-race briefing and paddock walk. Seeing professional motorsport from inside the garage changes how you think about your own driving.

Value Adds
Beyond the
circuit.
The programme is built around far more than driving days. Throughout the year, members receive access to environments, people and experiences that are simply not available through any commercial channel.
Members may attend selected GT championship rounds as guests of Tigani Motorsport — garage access, pre-race briefing, driver introduction and paddock walk. Experiencing professional racing from inside the garage changes how you think about your own driving.
A private, hosted tour of the Blackrock Motor Facility — a premium Australian motorsport venue currently in development. Behind-the-scenes access reserved exclusively for programme members.
Direct, personal access to the Croesus Racing driver team throughout the programme year — not just at events. Car questions, circuit preparation, data interpretation, racing ambitions. The team's expertise is part of the membership.
Twelve people, carefully selected, sharing a year of high-performance experiences together. The quality of the network that forms within a programme like this is consistently cited as one of its most enduring benefits.
The network is
part of the programme.
Among the people who qualify for the Croesus Racing Driver Development Programme, the relationships formed in a shared, high-performance environment tend to be among the most valuable a person can build. We design for this deliberately — twelve members, all year, all sessions.
